Carrier Liability & Operational Limits

We don't believe in fine print that hides the truth. At Exponential Supply Chain Solutions, LLC, our liability for any loss or damage to freight is strictly limited to the release values defined in our tariff or as agreed upon in specific client contracts. Typically, this is set at $100,000 per shipment unless otherwise stated.

Have you considered the value of supplemental insurance for high-value loads? We're committed to the safe delivery of every pallet, but we strongly encourage shippers to evaluate their own risk exposure for specialized equipment or high-theft commodities.

Freight Claim Procedures

Claims aren't fun for anyone, so we've streamlined the process. All claims for loss, damage, or delay must be filed in writing within 17 days of delivery. This allows our team at Exponential Supply Chain Solutions, LLC to conduct a thorough investigation into the supply chain data and driver logs.

• Inspection of goods is required immediately upon receipt.
• Notation on the Bill of Lading (BOL) is critical for visible damage.
• Salvage must be retained until the claim is fully resolved.

Payment & Credit Terms

We're here to keep your business moving. Standard payment terms are Net 30 from the date of invoice. Late payments may accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month. If you're a high-volume shipper, ask about our consolidated billing options for your logistics account.
